Wild plums are in flower. Their scent is thick, in Wild plums are in flower. Their scent is thick, intoxicating. So sweet you might find yourself following the fairies into the depths of woods. Last year we made @gathervictoria ‘s infused chocolate recipe. Gathered up the flowers, warmed cream, steeped them in the cream after removing from the heat and used this as the base of the chocolates. You’ll have to look up her recipe for the rest, but the result was pure magic and left a room of 20 people in sighs. #wildfood #wilddessert #spring #wildplum

As our fabulous helper @ninjaherbfaerie says, this blended dressing could fool any dairy fan, it’s so creamy and rich, without the belly troubles that some of us have. Bitters wake up our bellies, let us know there’s a job to be done, get ready to do some proper digesting.
