Wildharvested Spruce Tips and Sea Salt.
We wild harvest spruce tips at the perfect time in the spring, when they’re young, tender and with the most dynamic taste. We grind them up and blend with sea salt. As the combination dries, the salt infuses with the spruce tips. Kept in glass jars in a cool, dark space, this blend will keep well for a long time (We have kept it up to two years, without and degradation).
Use as a table condiment, to season soups or meats, or add to salad dressings. This diverse salt brings out complex levels of flavour in your cooking.
