Our herbs are hand harvested at their peak, after the sun has dried off the dew and brought out the oils onto the surface of the leaves.
A simple tea can be made by pouring 1 cup of boiling water over 1 or 2 teaspoons (3-5 grams) of dried leaf. Let sit for approx. 10 minutes, then add sugar if desired. Brewed on their own resemble a floral berry like tea or can be used with rose hips/mint or other herbs as a stabilizer for a more full bodied flavor.
